Our Cause
Our primary objective is to see the restoration of the State of Georgia government back to a Republic, to have true representation for the citizens, reflected at the local and state level. A considerable portion of history that has been forgotten has caused us to be in our current situation as a Democratic State which is, at the least, corrupt and at the worst, in violation of the original intent of our Founding Fathers. The wisdom that was displayed in the Articles of Confederation proved that our Founders were in agreement that a Republic was the best form of government to maintain that the people are secure in their God-given freedoms to Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
We further acknowledge that there is a moral structure in this country that was based upon the Word of our Creator God, given to Moses in the form of Ten Commandments and The Law of the Israelites. Our system of government and our laws are at the very core of society and are enforced for the benefit of society to secure Justice for all and to punish those who would seek to destroy God-given freedoms including a tyrannical government.
To further clarify, the Amended Articles of Confederation (known as the U.S. Constitution) and the Constitution of the Confederate States of America are written not to grant an citizen any rights, but rather serve as a structured list of limits of those governments respectively, just as the Magna Carta was imposed upon the King of England to limit his powers and protect the people. This concept has been gravely trampled upon by many careless leaders and serves as a mark of where we will begin to change the thoughts of people in how they view either Constitution.
Our second objective is to see our State restored back to it's official position as a sovereign State Republic in the Confederate States of America . This can only happen once we have our State government under enough control and influence to be able to demand a state vote of representation to relinquish the “Satellite State” status and the Federal Government imposed State Democracy. The methods of oppression that were executed upon the law-abiding citizens of Georgia and the entire C.S.A. in the 1860's and afterward were of a kind not unlike those used by Joseph Stalin starting in the 1930's, in fact, Stalin looked to many of the tactics utilized in the War of Northern Aggression as an example for his mass destruction of governments and peoples. Though this is not common knowledge due to the fact that to the victor goes both spoils of war and the bragging rights to justify their conquests.
We intend to achieve these ends by first: Educating people to the truth of our heritage and history, to dispel all the myths in the Federal Propaganda taught to all Americans with unfortunate, widespread success. Second: we must have learned people in the State of Georgia who are committed to seeing this become a reality and are willing to become official citizens of the Confederate State of Georgia thereby creating the base of government by which the people can appoint through elections, those who they desire to represent them, both in their State and in the Confederate States national government. Once these are in place and operating it is the intent of the C.S.A. to present the U.S. Federal Government with a Treaty of Peace to finally put an end to the Government control and usurpation of our God-given Rights. Our plan is one of Peace and not of military action, we will not resort to blood-shed as so many have died already in this cause. The law is clear and has been violated by the Federal Government of the U.S. and must be made right through the use of law.
With God on our side we will prevail, His promise to us is clear:
“All things work for good for them that love the Lord.”
If we seek His blessings we will be able to justify the blood of our ancestors who gave their lives for the liberty of their posterity. Let us not forget their sacrifice for freedom in the battles of Camden , King's Mountain, Cowpens or Yorktown, or those who died at Shiloh, Franklin , Chickamaugua, Olustee, and so many others. Let them not to have died in vain.
